Hello, everyone! Exciting times – this marks the debut of my blog, and I must admit, writing isn’t exactly my strong suit.
Now, who am I? Just an ordinary person realizing that time is ticking away, embarking on a journey to explore the art of creation. Living with ADHD means I can’t settle on just one thing to master; instead, I prefer knowing a bit about many things.
Finding Jesus led me from spending endless nights on the computer to embracing the gifts that God, our Creator, has provided. Nature has become my love, alongside growing and crafting food. I find joy in sharing the cool things I create with my own hands.
Creating comes with a price tag, and I decided it’s high time my hobbies start paying their way. Yet, time is a luxury I lack. Working full-time means my projects are confined to weekends, making commitments nearly impossible.
People often inquire if I take orders. Unfortunately, commitments are a challenge as I juggle a full-time job. Consider sourdough – a process spanning at least two days, three during colder weather. Imagine committing to six loaves and realizing on Saturday afternoon that the dough has over-fermented. Fulfilling that obligation becomes impossible. I’d rather let my soul guide me in the moment and create accordingly. I do gladly accept ideas and requests but I cannot provide a time frame.
And so, this blog steps in. It’s my space to showcase what I’m currently working on, available for those interested in making a purchase. Beyond that, I want to use this platform to share knowledge. I’m passionate about learning, and I’m eager to pass on what I discover.
Before I wrap up, a heartfelt thank you to my wonderful husband, Rob. He’s been my unwavering support, encouraging me to follow my heart. He never complains about the never-ending projects, many of which remain incomplete and end up on his plate. Rob is my rock, standing by my side during events, always offering more help than I could ever imagine.
